About the Role
KMF is seeking a dynamic Partnerships & Fundraising Manager to drive our resource mobilization efforts. The ideal candidate will identify funding opportunities, cultivate strategic partnerships, and ensure sustainable support for our programs in northern Kenya.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with donors, NGOs, and corporate partners.
- Prepare compelling proposals, reports, and impact stories.
- Monitor fundraising performance and optimize donor engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Development Studies, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in fundraising or partnerships.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Passion for social impact and community development.
